Custom Order Beef
To order, download the cut sheet once it is filled out with the information for your order. Please fill out the form below and upload your cut sheet, we need both pages. Order sheets can also be emailed to processing@laufenbergmarket.com. Once we have your information, we will be in touch with you regarding any questions we might have and to collect the down payment. A down payment invoice will be emailed using Square and can be paid with a credit card, ACH payment, or payment can be brought to the store during regular business hours.
All beef orders require a down payment.
1/4 Beef $150.00 Deposit
1/2 Beef $300.00 Deposit
Whole Beef $600.00 Deposit
We will get in touch with you when your meat is ready for pickup.
There are two different options for Beef. You get to pick if you want Angus or Grass Finished Angus.
Whole - 800lbs.
1/2 - 400lbs.
1/4 - 200lbs.

Prices:
Angus-$5.49/lb Hanging Weight (not including Tenderizing, patties, Stew Meat, Dried beef, and Jerky.)
Grass Finished-$6.49/lb Hanging Weight (not including Tenderizing, patties, Stew Meat, Dried beef, and Jerky.)
